Series 2 / Advantis Removable Feeder Bank Assembly

This basket assembly will hold up to 27 reels(side-by-side) within a bank of feeders, which eliminates the need for multiple reel holders. This option includes 1 basket, cutter and scrap bin. *The purchase of additional dividers and reel holder pins is required.

The ion feeder upgrade kit allows older-style (Series 2) transfer carts to be upgraded for ion basket compatibility. 1 kit per cart is required.

Feeder Transfer Cart

Reduces product changeover by providing feeder storage for tape track and/or tray feeders in one convenient location. Each cart holds up to 136 8mm single-lane feeders.

A tape scrap bin on wheels which provides a means of collecting tape scrap during production. Up to four scrap bins may be positioned at the Platform machine, one for each bank. This option can not be used with 7-13" Dual Lane Feeders, or feeders baskets.

A low-profile tape scrap bin provides a means of collecting tape scrap during production. Due to the smaller size of this bin, it is compatible with all feeder types. Up to four bins may be positioned at the Platform machine, one for each bank.

The Component Reject Station consists of a belt conveyor and an end mounted collection bin. The reject conveyor moves rejected components away from the placement head and puts them within safe reach of the operator. This allows for easy retrieval and inspection of the components without having to access the machine directly.

A basic repair and maintenance parts kit for the Fuzion platform, which helps to minimize downtime. The kit includes a leveler assembly, timing belts and fuses.

Replacement kit for head spindle assemblies. This kit includes five (5) additional spindle assemblies and a storage box. One kit per line is recommended.

This kit includes the lubricants required for regular machine maintenance. Applicable for 30 and 7-Spindle platform machines only.

This kit includes the tools required to perform maintenance on the Platform machine. Kit includes the following:

- Grease gun

- Grease gun attachments

The Nozzle Removal tool is used to quickly remove, clean and re-install up to 35 nozzles at once. This tool significantly reduces the time required to clean the nozzles and ensure that each are reinstalled in the correct location by allowing the operator to remove and secure each nozzle, clean in the ultrasonic bath, and return them to their original location. Two units are recommended to cover a complete cleaning cycle.

The spindle tester assembly aids in the maintenance and troubleshooting of head spindle assemblies to help quickly identify suspect components. It also minimizes production downtime and reduces maintenance costs.

The foam finger support unit includes a foam finger block which can be placed in the machine to support the board during component population. *May need to order multiple units, as well additional magnetic pins, based on PCB size and component density.

This kit consists of the tools required to install and prepare a machine for production, including the machine aligners which are used to accurately finalize the machine's location and alignment. The kit includes:

An easy to use, portable calibration kit for use with 2-4 beam platform machines. The kit can easily be moved from machine to machine and includes a protective storage case. Note: The purchase of an apppropriate additional nozzle kit is required in order to run calibration. One kit per line is recommended.

The 30-Spindle Head Nozzle Kit includes thirty 3260 (.340) compliant tip nozzles, which are used in conjunction with the Portable Calibration Kit, in order run machine calibration.

This kit is used in conjunction with the Platform Precision Trim and Measuring kit. This kit consists of precision glass devices which can be used for final calibration and trim, and includes enough material to trim a single, Single-Beam, Dual-Beam or Quad-Beam machine. One kit per site is recommended.

The 0201 Nozzle Kit consists of thirty (30) 3021 (0201) ceramic blade tip compliant nozzles, which are used in conjunction with the Portable Calibration Kit in order run machine calibration 1 per site is recommended for 1-beam machines. 2 per site is recommended or 2-4 Beam machines.
