Valentin started his career with Universal Instruments in Mexico in 1997 as a field service engineer and transitioned to a trainer position during his 22 year tenure. In 2019 he left UI-Mexico, but ultimately found his way back to Universal this past October as a central tech support specialist here in Conklin. Valentin is proud of the customer service he and his team work together to provide to our customers and field engineers.
