Vice President, Customer Service WANTED—Apply TODAY!

This key leadership position drives all aspects of customer service (including spare parts & training) and will champion technical support response, communication, and increase field support and resolution efficiency, across multiple product lines and multiple global locations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Energetic, responsive, forward-thinking and proven customer service professional

  • Talented and tactical team builder with strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at the highest levels to quickly address issues, provide root cause and timely problem resolution

  • Implement and/or improve tools for communication between customers, product support and executive management to improve response time and deliver solutions to the field

  • Ensure the broadest range of high-quality training; including the use of modern tools for delivery

  • Establish processes to control and optimize spares inventory to minimize capital cost

  • Coordinate cross-functionally within all aspects of the organization to insure successful market launch of new products aligned with company’s product roadmap.

  • 10+ years of top-level customer service leadership experience, preferably within an international capital equipment space.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology or Electronics is preferred. Training in a Technology Services Industry Association, American Management Association or equivalent is highly sought for this role.
