Vice President, Customer Service WANTED—Apply TODAY!
This key leadership position drives all aspects of customer service (including spare parts & training) and will champion technical support response, communication, and increase field support and resolution efficiency, across multiple product lines and multiple global locations.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at the highest levels to quickly address issues, provide root cause and timely problem resolution
Implement and/or improve tools for communication between customers, product support and executive management to improve response time and deliver solutions to the field
Ensure the broadest range of high-quality training; including the use of modern tools for delivery
Establish processes to control and optimize spares inventory to minimize capital cost
Coordinate cross-functionally within all aspects of the organization to insure successful market launch of new products aligned with company’s product roadmap.
10+ years of top-level customer service leadership experience, preferably within an international capital equipment space.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology or Electronics is preferred. Training in a Technology Services Industry Association, American Management Association or equivalent is highly sought for this role.
