If your machines qualify, you can participate in our extended warranty program that enables anyone in possession of core Universal equipment to extend, or re-activate, their warranty coverage.

By prolonging the warranty life you will receive the same level of coverage for your equipment, once the warranty is renewed, as you would for equipment that is covered by the original equipment warranty in effect at the time of original purchase!

What’s the process to sign-up/participate in this program? 

  • To participate, you’ll need to schedule an equipment assessment for any machine you wish to enroll in this program.

  • During the assessment your service team member will evaluate the machine(s) to confirm what support level and parts (Full Service, Partial/ Reduced or No Service) can be provided to you.

  • At the end of the assessment, you’ll be provided with a quote describing the level of extended warranty your machines are eligible for.
